Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Welcome to Bond. These Terms and Conditions describe the rules for using the Bond platform, including the bond-cards.com website, the admin dashboard, and the digital loyalty cards it generates (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you, on behalf of the business you represent, agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, you must not use the Service.

Your account

The Service is intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter into contracts. By signing up, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have authority to bind your business to these Terms. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account; if you notice unauthorized use, tell us right away at contact@bond-cards.com.

Cookies

Bond uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, plus analytics cookies that help us understand how the platform is used, catch errors, and improve the product. A cookie is a text file your browser stores on your device; it can't run programs or transmit viruses. You can disable cookies from your browser settings, though some parts of the Service may stop working correctly.

Intellectual property

The software, design, the Bond brand, and the platform's other elements, other than content you upload, are owned by Bond or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We give you access to Bond for your use within the Service; that doesn't authorize you to copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise reproduce its content beyond what these Terms allow.

Using the Service

By using Bond you agree to give us truthful, up-to-date information, not to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity, not to interfere with how it works or try to access other businesses' accounts without authorization, and to respect the rights of everyone else who uses the Service, including the customers you enroll in your loyalty program.

Your content and improving the Service

You keep all rights to your brand, logo, and the information about your business and loyalty program. By using Bond you authorize us to host, process, and analyze that information as needed to provide you the Service, give you support, keep the platform secure, prevent abuse or fraud, and improve Bond.

We may also collect and analyze platform usage data, such as browsing events, feature interactions, errors, performance, digital card activity, and Apple Wallet or Google Wallet installs, to operate, protect, diagnose, and improve the Service, and to build new features. Where possible, this analysis uses aggregated or de-identified information. We don't sell personal data; how we handle your customers' data is governed by our Privacy Notice, and you're responsible for getting their consent to collect it and to send them notifications, including location-based or inactivity-based ones.

Plans, pricing, and payments

Some Bond features require a paid subscription. Current prices are shown within the Service and may change with at least 30 days' notice for businesses with an active subscription. Payments are processed by an outside provider; Bond doesn't store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before that date, and payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You can cancel anytime from the admin dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and once it does, your active loyalty cards may stop working for your customers.

Responsibility for your content

We're not responsible for the content you upload to your loyalty program or for how you use it with your customers. You agree to be responsible for any claim, damage, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, the content you upload, or your failure to comply with data protection laws toward your own customers.

Changes and availability of the Service

We may modify, add, or remove Service features at any time, and we may also update these Terms; if a change is significant, we'll notify you by email or within the dashboard at least 15 days in advance, and continuing to use Bond after that date means you accept the new Terms.

We work to keep the Service continuously available, but we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions, and we may suspend it temporarily for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may also suspend or cancel your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, if your account poses a risk to Bond or to other users, or for non-payment.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, customers, or data resulting from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability, or yours, in cases where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, such as death, personal injury, or fraud. Outside of those cases, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed what you paid Bond in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute related to them is subject to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply based on your present or future domicile. If you use Bond from another country, this doesn't limit any consumer protection or data protection rights that the law of your country grants you on a non-waivable basis.
